Mr. Topal’s career reflects more than fifteen years of extraordinary achivement and leadership across real estate development, investment, marketing, technology-driven business models, and organizational strategy. Before founding USTEL, he launched and directed multiple distinguished companies; including Merkez Girişim Real Estate Development and Investment Inc., Anka Recycling Ltd., and Nobetçi Kütüphane Event Services Inc., each demonstrating his ability to identify market needs, assemble high-performing teams, and scale operations. His early professional experience includes analytical work at Rhea Asset Management and international engineering roles with Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture and Zetas Foundation Technologies, grounding his later business ventures in technical rigor and global project exposure.

A graduate of Boğaziçi University, former American Robert College, in Civil Engineering, Mr. Topal continued his education through selective, globally recognized programs throughout Europe and the United States of America. He earned a joint Erasmus Mundus MSc in Engineering and Management by Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Delft University of Technology, City University London awarded for academic excellence by the European Commission and later completed the Graduate Studies Program at Singularity University at NASA Ames Research Center; an institution known for training leaders in exponential technologies.
